September 14th - 18th!

PTO Meeting 1PM on Monday, September 14th!

Come join us for our very 1st PTO Meeting of this School Year! It will be held in the auditorium starting at 1pm. If you are in the car rider line, fell free to park in line and come in to join us. We will have you back in your car by 2pm!
 

We have the BEST Volunteers!

Thank you to all the people who volunteered to make our Grandparent's Night Event on last Thursday the BEST EVER!
 
Can Food Drive Flyer for September 8-18

Can Food Drive September 8th-18th

Our annual Food Drive will continue through this Friday, September 18th.
If you are able, please send in can goods and other non-perishable food items that will go to help feed our TCE students and their families!

The class that collects the most wins a party!

Thank you for helping others in our school community! It takes a village and sometimes you are the person who may need help and at other times you are one of the people who can help others.

UPDATE: as of Sept 13:  84 people have filled out the survey. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time. It will close on Tuesday, Sept 15th at 11:30am. I would love to get to at least 25% of school population which would be 100 participants before then! Thank you in advance for helping!

Our parent involvement coordinator needs your help. If you are a parent, guardian or grandparent of a TCE student, please take 3-5 minutes and fill out our Fall Parent Survey. This helps guides our Title 1 Program for the school year. Your help is greatly appreciated and your child/children will be given a treat for completing it.

Early dismissal note for this Friday, September 18th

Early Dismissal on September 18th!

Half-Day Scheduled
Parents, please note that all Catoosa County Schools will close early on September 18th for a scheduled half-day. Elementary schools will dismiss starting at 11:00am & all Middle & High Schools will dismiss at 11:30am this Friday, September 18th! Students will be dismissed their normal way unless you send in a note saying otherwise. Busses will run their normal routes starting at the half-day dismissal time.
PBIS Popcorn Reward Day items that grade levels will send in.

Our first PBIS Reward Day is happening soon!

It is almost time for our 1st PBIS Reward Day! It is scheduled for Friday, October 2nd and will be Pumpkins & Popcorn!

To help us with the Popcorn part, we are asking each grade level to send in a certain item to go with their Popcorn Reward! Please see the attached flyer for your grade level's item. Please send in your item at anytime between now and September 25th so we can make sure we have enough of everything for October 2nd!

Thank you! Our students are going to love this Pumpkins & Popcorn PBIS Reward which they have earned for working so hard on their academics and their good behavior!
